In college I majored in psychology. While interesting, I needed a creative outlet. So I bought a used camera from eBay and started a blog. I thought it was going to be a style blog, and for a while it was. Then I turned my oven on, baked some cupcakes, pointed my camera in their direction, and haven't looked back.

This blog is now focuses on food/recipes with everyday life, style and inspiration sparingly sprinkled on top. I live in Bellingham, WA, just two hours north of Seattle, along with a frisky cat and boyfriend of seven years. For me food is fun, challenging, and when done right, delicious and beautiful.
